ATLANTA, GA

Driving Time: Approximately 2 Hours

Take I-75 North out of Atlanta then take I-575 North (Exit 268). I-575 North will become Appalachian Hwy 515. Once you get on I-575 you will pass through Woodstock, Canton, Jasper, Ellijay and then you continue on to Blue Ridge, GA. Be sure to follow the four-lane all the way to Blue Ridge, GA, which is approximately 70 miles from the Town Center Mall exit on I-575.

When you get into Blue Ridge, take a left at the McDonalds intersection onto GA Hwy 5 North. (United Community Bank is on the right, Arby’s and Zaxby’s is on the left just before the McDonalds intersection).

Go approximately 10 miles on Hwy 5 North. The road will end at a 3-way stop in McCaysville, GA. Turn left at the 3-way stop and you will then be on TN Hwy 68 North. Go about 3 miles and be looking for the Hwy 64 exit. This is your landmark, you will need to pass the Hwy 64 exit. DO NOT TAKE THE EXIT. Pass it and look for the first immediate entrance on the right. The entrance is about 2/10 of a mile just beyond the Hwy 64 exit.

We share the entrance with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. You will see a green sign as you approach the entrance that says TN Dept of Transportation and when you get to the entrance there is a blue sign that says Ocoee Rafting Entrance. When you turn into the entrance, you need to keep right up the hill. This will bring you to the Ocoee Rafting Center outpost. Our entrance is across the street from the Ducktown Copper Inn and the Express Video & Tan.
